Yulmburral to week 5.
Well done to all as we reach the half way point of term 2.
This past fornight has been an extremely busy time for the school with many events on top of the day to day business of teaching and learning.
As a school we have engaged in Arts Council, Athletics Carnival, Interschool Athletics Carnivals, Parish meetings, 5 Year Reviews and hosting the Diocesian Primary School Principals Association Meeting. All these events have provided wonderful opportunities to present and celebrate the spirit and life that flows thorughout our school community.
The school has had a significant upgrade to plumbing and this means less leaks in our pipes.
Thank you’s
-Bronwyn Caltabiano – P.E Coordinator in organising our Sport’s Carnivals
-Douglas Hockey Association – delivering Hockey workshops
-P & F Helpers – Fantastic BBQ on Athletics day, $300 profit!!
-Gayle Duncan & Sharon Miller – Hosting the Mother’s Day morning tea
Up-Coming Events
-Monday 27th May, Yr 1 & Yr 2 Gorge Excursion

As we head into the second half of the term we encourage all parents to have a home based conversation with your child(ren) to stay focused on learning, behavour and attendance. We will continue to support every child in these areas each and every day.
God Bless,
Paul
